More Celebrations with Fancy Pants – Everyday Circus Collection

Hello everyone, Jackie here with my layouts for February, by now some of the new products will be arriving in the shop, but there are still loads of great collections to be explored.  With that in mind, I choose to use the lovely, fun collection by Fancy Pants – Everyday Circus to document more birthday celebrations.
For my first layout – Let us eat Cake – I used 3 small photographs across the page of my Son cutting his cake.

I cut the paper called ‘Guy – Wires”  from this collection to 10 inch square. distressed and inked the edges, and punched a small border design at the top and adhered to to the left hand side of some red cardstock at an angle.  I backed each photo with patterned paper from the 6×6 pad and using the 6×6 pad I border punched two different patterned paper to add underneath the photographs.  I also used bits and pieces from the Ephemera pack, to add clusters to the layout.

The title was cut with my Cameo machine using white card stock, that I inked to match the colours of this collection.  You can also see a close up of the punched border under the photographs.  I also used this stamps set from Studio L2E.

For my 2nd layout, I used two small photographs of me and my birthday cake.  Again I used my Cameo for the title.

The background paper is  called Lucky Numbers, and using bits from the Ephemera pack and sticker sheet, I added my photographs to the right hand side of the layout and layered and clusters it all together.

I used the 6×6 pad to layer under the photographs.

When I saw the ‘tiger’ I wanted to use it has it went so feel with the jumper I had on in the photograph.

For my final layout, I use a complete different collection, Maggie Holmes – Open Book, and this paper called Slideshow.  When I saw this paper I knew I wanted to use if for a collection of photographs I had taken on my recent visit to Brugge to the Christmas market last year.  I had taken several photographs of the ornate roof tops whilst I was there, and I made a small photo collage so that a few of them would fit onto the one layout.

This was a quick layout to do, I used Maggie Holmes – Open Book 6×6 pad to layer behind the photographs, and a few of the vellum pieces from the same collection.  I also added the ‘beautiful’ word  and small letters which was on my desk from Shimelle collection.  The Thickers are from Crate Paper – Notes & Things  Collection

On the Thicker sheet there are asterisks that I also struggle to use, but I added them as part of my embellishment cluster on the page.

Thats all from me for this month, happy scrapping !!!
