Count on me with Crate Paper – Wonder.

Usually when I’m having a look around the Hey Little Magpie store  & I see stash that I like I add to my wish list whilst I think about it. But when I saw these Crate Paper Wonder cork numbers I was totally smitten & had to have them right away so I added them plus some other elements from the Crate Paper Wonder range to my basket too.

I’ve created 3 pages this month all using these lovely numbers & I still have plenty left.

This page is all about how our children are growing up & often now when we go out its just the 2 of us, rather than add this to the front I’ve journaled on the back of this layout documenting this story.

I love the  numbers so much that I wanted it to be the focus of this page. I used the Crate Wonder cork 2 plus others from the sticker sheet, alphas & puffy stickers along with others I cut from patterned paper.

I’ve used the gold embossed vellum to back some of the numbers & popped some on foam pads for added variety.

I used tags both from the cut apart sheet & die cut pack to form the basis of this page with layered chipboard & stickers for depth.

For this page I’ve embossed the cork number one to tie it in with the other gold elements in this range. I did need to give it a few layers to get a smooth finish.

Hello Cake!

This time I wanted to use plenty of the numbers & created a border strip with them down the side. To highlight the 47 I coloured them with gelatos giving them a lovely pinky peachy colour whilst still retaining the cork texture.

I layered vellum & patterned papers under the photo & the chipboard frame & smooched some Heidi Swapp colour shine on the background.
