Fancy Pants Designs – On Our Way…

Hi Jackie here, with my layouts for this month using the lovely travel range from Fancy Pants Designs – On Our Way … It is a great collection for your travel layouts or even for everyday layouts.
Just Landed …
 

For my first layout I wanted to document my special treat on my visit to New York in 2015.  Me and Julie got invited in the cockpit as we were celebrating our birthdays, it was totally amazing – the captain and co-pilot even gave us their hats so we could take some photos.
Using white cardstock as my base I cut a 4 inch piece from Fancy Pants Designs – On Our Way – Planes, Trains & Automobiles paper, and distressed the bottom edge, then added a 1 inch strip of the same patterned paper to the bottom edge, but having the b-side showing so you can see the words.
 
I did a simple matt of patterned papers and added my two photographs slightly overlapping.
 
For the title I used Fancy Pants Designs – On Our Way – Puffy Dot Alphas.
 

Behind one of the photographs I added a glassine envelope to add a tag from Fancy Pants Designs – On My Way – Die Cut Tags with some hidden journalling.
 

I also used a badge and button from Fancy Pants Designs – On Our Way – Flair & Buttons.
 

2018 Summer Adventure
 

For this layout I decided to do a 9 x 12 layout and use a large photograph, which is approximately 10×7, I added a 3 inch strip of Fancy Pants Designs – On My Way –  Travelogue paper down the right hand side of the white cardstock, and machined stitched it into place.
I used one of Elle’s Studio – Cork Tags and added patterned paper from this collection behind the word.  I stamped the 2018 with Elle’s Studio – Stanley Jr Stamps.

 
Have you seen these cute puffy cameras that are in the shop,   Elle’s Studio – Puffy Camera Stickers perfect to add a small detail to my clusters.

 
Make Today Awesome

 
Again I’ve done another 9×12 layout and used remaining 9×12 piece of Fancy Pants Designs – On My Way – Travelogue paper as my base.  I added a base for my photographs from Fancy Pants Designs – On My Way – Up For Adventure paper, and  Fancy Pants Designs – On My Way – Now Boarding paper, using the b-side of both these papers.
For my title I used a mixture of words from Freckled Fawn – Black Foam Word Stickers, puffy alpha dots from this range, and an acrylic word from Bella Blvd.

I added tags, word stripes and buttons from Fancy Pants Design – On Our Way collection.

These two 9×12 pages work well as a double page spread, as I have used the patterned paper for both pages to link them together.
