Felicity: a Collection by Pinkfresh Studio

Hey Magpies, Niki here, today sharing some layouts made with the Pinkfresh Studio collecton Felicity. The collection is beautiful and the papers are such high quality, they are a pleasure to work with.

I picked up all the papers in the collection as well as the 6×6 paper pad and numerous Felicity embellishments 🙂

For my first layout ‘Loveliness’ I used one of the Felicity 12×12 papers as my background, and a large die-cut heart cut from white cardstock, and the remainder of the layout came together super quickly by using quite a number of those embellishments that I picked up: the Cardstock Die Cuts, Colour Block Wood Stickers, Washi Stickers, Word and Phrase Stickers and the Glitter Foam Word Stickers.

For the layout ‘Friends’ I used my favourite 12×12 paper from the Felicity collection. I didn’t want to cover up too much of that gorgeous paper so I clustered the remainder of my layout at the bottom of the page. Again I’ve used Die Cuts, Wood Stickers, washi stickers, word and phrase stickers and the glitter foam word stickers for my title. I also used some of the Puffy Shape Stickers and the Puffy Sequin Stickers (my fave embellishment of 2016 I think). I added some additional detail to the pattern at the top of the paper using the puffy sequins and various other small and coordinating embellishments.

For the layout ‘I love you to Bits & Pieces’ I used a sheet of Felicity 12×12 paper as my background, and the same sheet but of 6×6 paper. This gave a really great effect. I also used a number of embellishments from the collection to complete this layout.

For the layout ‘Best Ever’ I stuck the beautiful sheet of speciality gold foiled ‘Confetti Hearts’ vellum to a sheet of white cardstock. I then cut a sheet of hearts from white card and layered that over the top (raised up on foam pads to add depth). Now I must explain that NO, I haven’t put make up on my 4 year old…it was a make up app which reads your face and applies make up to your on-screen image. We had huge amounts of fun playing with this – the men look the best but they wouldn’t let us get screenshots, I wonder why?  Becuase the background was so busy I kept the remainder of the layout small and custered in one area.

My next layout ‘Keeping it Real’ used a few 6×6 sheets on a white background as well as more of the Glitter Foam Word Stickers and the Foam Alpha Stickers and some washi stickers. I chopped up that gorgeous sheet of Chevron gold foiled vellum and used it on multiple layouts, so it features again on this one.

For ‘Sweet Bunnies’ I fussy cut out those coloured bricks from a 12×12 sheet AND from two of the 6×6 sheets. This gave me quite a lot of that same pattern and I layered them all together on a white background to create a totally differemt look to how they origially looked on paper before they had been cut out. I coupled this with coordinating washi stickers and more of the totally lust embellishments.

And finally for ‘Fresh’ I fussy cut out loads and loads of houses from the 12×12 sheet and a few little ones from a 6×6 sheet. I clustered and layered them up over one side to create this look. The foiled word is a Heidi Swapp one from my stash.
