Horizon by Paige Evans | Niki Rowland

Hey there Magpies, Niki here today with two layouts made with Paige Evans’ new collection, Horizon. I think it might be my favourite one yet.

For this layout, The Best Days of my Life, I used that glorious rainbow paper, #3. I used the full sheet, but also used one of the smaller sheets from the 6×8″ pad. I cut both into a heart shape and positioned them onto my layout. I then added chain stitch coming out from each of the colour changes. I finished off with splatters, sequins and other small embellishments. I also used the Horizon multi coloured Thickers for my title, ephemera to build my photo stack and some stickers.

For my second layout today, I used Paper #14. I cut out all the squares and then cut them in half to form triangles. I then arranged them into a pinwheel.

I then cut the triangles I didn’t use down smaller, and made three smaller half-pinwheels for the edges. I also created a giant title, which is a quote from the BFG, which goes with my photos. I used some Horizon chipboard multicoloured Thickers as well as lots of other Thickers and alphabet stickers.

To embellish my layout I used Chipboard Element Thickers, Stickers, and Ephemera.

Thank you so much for joining me today, I hope you have enjoyed my very bright Horizon layouts!

Happy scrapping xxx
