Let's Go using Hello World! by My Minds Eye

Hello everyone, Jackie here with my blog post for this month, as you can see from some of the previously post, some of the new collections are now arriving in the shop, and I just had to get my hand on the lovely collection from My Minds Eye – Hello World!  Which is a lovely travel themed collection, and as soon as I saw if I know I had to use it for some of the travel themed photographs.
My challenge, for myself this month was to see if I could use as much as I could from the  Hello World! 12×12 chipboard sheet, especially the larger pieces, that I sometimes struggle to fit onto a page.
For my 1st layout, I actually used the chipboard piece as my title.
 

 
I used the B-side of this paper as my background and a selection of papers from the 6×6 pad.
 
 

 
and also added some of the smaller shapes around the page.
 
 

 
I’m also loving this stamp set from Studio L2E.
 
For my 2nd layout, I added the chipboard shape, to the side of my photograph, as a sub-title,
 
 

 
and again using a selection of papers from the 6×6 pad, which I layered under the photograph.  I added  few rub-on arrow from this mixed with some wood veneer from my stash.
 

 
This chipboard shape as a sub-title to the page, which was in the pack of ephemera from the Hello World! mixed bag, which contains chipboard, vellum, phases, banners and loads more.
 

 
I die cut this globe from the Shimelle die set, and using the map paper from the 6×6 pad, I managed to cut out a circle that inco-operated the subject of my photograph.
 

 
Has I had choosen a long title for my layout (which is so unlike me) I overlapped the letters  so that they didn’t take up too much focus on the page.

 
as well as two flairs from the flair pack.
 
For my 3rd layout – I used the chipboard shape as the title, but I cut it into three and spread it down the page.
 

The background papers are actually journal card from Hello World! Adventure Journal Cards , and as well as a few papers from the Hello World! 6×6 pad, cut down to the same size as the cards.
 

These arrows are from one of the cards which was already die-cut, there are several in the pack, like the hello one on this page., and I used a few smallerchipboard shapes, and flair to finish off the page.
