My creativity has been struck by Moonstruck!

Hello Everyone and welcome to my November blog post.  This month I have stepped away from autumnal stash, despite it feeling a very autumnal day today, and have been playing with some possibly more Valentines papers.  Yes! I have totally bypassed Christmas and looking in to next year!
The collection I will be using this month is Moonstruck, by Pink Paislee, and it is simply beautiful.  It is full of rich tones which work great for all number of page subjects.  I have a selection of the 12×12 papers; there are a couple of papers that are just dying to be fussy cut and some that would make amazing backgrounds.  I also got the die-cut pack and the 6×6 paper pad to use alongside these, I know I have mentioned it many time before but I do enjoy the scaled down papers in the 6×6 pad.
The first page I have to share with you this month is one in which my Silhouette Cameo got a bit of a workout.  I am trying each month to at least make a 2 pages using it, and these papers really inspired me.  The design I am using in this page is a bit autumnal in its feel but the colours of the collection really make a difference.

I used the one of the teal papers from the collection for my Cameo cut and mounting layer, and a selection of papers from the 6×6 pads to fill in the leaf designs.

I then used a selection of the die-cut to cluster at the bottom left corner of the circle.  The collection has hints of gold throughout it and the die-cuts really made everything pop.

I finished it off with a couple of label stickers from MME Happy Camper and some sequins, which had been sitting on my desk for a while.

My second page is another one which was heavily inspired by the Cameo cut, when I saw this phrase in the store, it applied perfectly to my relationship!!  What can I say I am not a people person and for me to like someone is a big deal! LOL.  I wanted to make this the key focus, and I stepped out of my comfort zone and used some white cardstock.

I used a wonderful paper from the collection, that looks like a cloudscape, I rotated the paper so the darkest side was behind the lettering, because this is mainly covered up, you cannot tell I turned the world on its side.

I used a selection of the die cuts and the 6×6 papers to build up my layers around the photo.  I also pulled some of the gold stickers from the Maggie Homes Gather collection.

This collection like the Pebbles collections I used in the previous two months has a great sheet of square elements these are perfect for using as embellishments and behind die cuts. 310480_lI highly recommend getting this paper if the die cut packs are not in your budget.

For the finial page I am going to share with you this month, I had to use some of the beautiful blooms that are featured in this collection.  I will admit I brought 2 sheets of this piece of paper so I could fussy cut one complete sheet.

I also did something a little different for me and made my photo black and white, and it just matched the collection perfectly.  I kept my layers around the photo to a minimum and focussed on above and below.  I used two of the 3×4 cards from the cut a part papers to flank my photo.

The clusters above and below feature the fussy cut blooms and a number of die-cuts from the collection.  I also added in some older bits that have been in my stash for a very long while, but they work perfectly.

I added my title using some of the Shimelle Go Now Go Thickers and a couple of additional hearts.  The copper metallic tone works in great with the pink and coral tones in this collection and echoes the beautiful watercolour hearts in the background.
I really enjoyed using this collection this month, and still have plenty of bits to play with, I am thinking of trying to sneak it in to some Christmas projects, as I said with the tones being so rich, I think it will work perfectly.
I hope you all have a great November making lots of wonderful memories to scrap over the coming months.
