We all have a special somewhere that is our happy place…
Whether it’s reading bedtime stories to kids or grandchildren, leisurely walks in the countryside or coffee and cake in a favourite cafe, I’m sure we all share one happy place together – our crafting space.
As well as my craft room, one place that always made me happy was a music festival. These were something I only really got into in recent years! We are lucky enough to live not too far from the Weston Park V Festival, so whilst others endured the wet weather camping, we woke up refreshed in our own bed.
After looking through some photos I came across a couple from V Festival and thought it would be rather apt to use them, especially in light of the name of this fabulous Websters Collection ‘My Happy Place’.
I’m so glad that Websters have decided to re-appear and after having used their other current collection ‘The Good Life’ last month, this one features cerise and pale pinks and teal tones.
You might be put off in choosing Websters Pages as they don’t tend to have embellishments, so I picked co-ordinating ones from Pretty Little Studio and Dear Lizzy.
Not sure if you can call it this, but how cute is that layered Catmaid sticker?
For both layouts I attached papers using machine stitching, along with a cut file, but there’s nothing like a Websters Pages paper for fussy cutting!
And you can never have too many Caticorns can you?
If you haven’t already discovered their ranges, Pretty Little Studio make the prettiest journaling cards and flair badges, ideal if you love embellishments, especially ones with calligraphy or phrases on them.
So if like me you’d love to scrap a caticorn or a catmaid, pop on over to the Hey Little Magpie shop…
