Sunny Days Coptic Bound Book | Jo Boland

Hi, Jo back with my final projects for June using the Maggie Holmes collection ‘Sunny Days’ from Crate Paper. I had the Charm pack from the collection and this gave me the idea of making a coptic bound book.

I made five signatures from two patterned paper and smooth white cardstock. The front and back covers were made from thick cardboard and covered in patterned paper and smooth white cardstock. I punched holes and stitched them together using white embroidery thread adding charms as I went.

If you’d like to find out how to make a coptic bound book you can look it up on YouTube or Paige Evans has a great tutorial in her Etsy store.

I’ll list the supplies I used at the bottom of the post. Here’s the book…

You can find the Sunny Days collection here. The products used in my coptic bound book are Charm Pack, Chipboard Stickers, Die-cut Ephemera Pack, Die-cut Cardstock & Acetate Alphabets, Beach Day paper, Charm paper, Coral paper, Explorer paper, Florentine paper, Snapshot paper and Sunlight Glitter Thicker Stickers.

You can find my previous June blog post here and more Sunny Days inspiration here.
